Air Protection 2017, Primosten (Croatia)

GOALS

Much like previous CAPPA Conferences, the Tenth Croatian Scientific and Professional Conference AIR PROTECTION 2017 aims to gather experts from the field of air pollution and motivate them to display the results of their work, indicate existing and potential problems, exchange experience and opinions among each other and mutually reach conclusions about future actions.

 PROGRAMME

Tuesday, 3 October 2017 Afternoon – arrival and check-in of participants; registration of participants, distribution of materials.

Wednesday, 4 October 2017 Morning – registration of participants and distribution of materials. Opening of the Conference, introductory lectures, discussions. Afternoon – expert presentations according to topic, discussions, poster section.

Thursday, 5 October 2017 Morning – EFCA session “Air Quality in Europe – Current State and New Challenges” IUAPPA session “The Global Context for Air Quality Management” Technical and business presentation, exibition. Afternoon – expert presentations according to topic, discussions, poster section.

Conference dinner Friday, 6 October 2017 Morning – expert presentations according to topic, discussions; technical and business presentation. Afternoon – Round table, closing of the Conference.

Saturday, 7 October 2017 Expert excursion.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME 

The Conference will include plenary and poster sessions (if necessary, according to sessions) through 5

basic segments: • In the first segment, introductory and commissioned lectures will be held. • In the second segment, accepted reports will be presented, as well as the poster sessions with discussion. • In the third segment, interested companies and institutions will hold technical and business presentations accompanied by an exhibition and demonstrate modern technologies, devices, equipment and products. • In the fourth segment, the EFCA and IUAPPA sessions will be held. • In the fifth segment, the Round Table will be held. Languages: Croatian and English, without translation.
